Angina

Angina is tightness and pain in the chest. It can be due to improper functioning of  the cardiovascular system. Blockage of the coronary artery, poor circulation of oxygen in the heart, or improper contraction of cardiac muscles are some causes of Angina.

HOW TO IDENTIFY ANGINA?

Sudden breathlessness or frequent tightness and pain in the chest, feeling nauseated, or numbness or pain in the shoulder and neck can be some identifying symptoms of Angina.

Some useful remedies you can do at home for preventing Angina:

  1. ARJUNA BARK

It helps the blood flow and reduces the development of toxins.

Directions of use: After each meal, take 500 mg of Arjuna bark powder. Alternatively, you can boil 400 ml of fresh Arjuna bark until it is reduced to half and then consume it.

  1. LEMON

This is one of the simplest at-home treatments for angina patients since it stops cholesterol from building up.

For a morning beverage, combine half a lemon with a glass of lukewarm water.

  1. GARLIC

Garlic provides a wide range of therapeutic benefits and is an efficient treatment for a number of heart conditions.

Directions of use: Eat two raw garlic cloves per day on an empty stomach in the morning.

  1. CORIANDER SEEDS

Coriander enhances heart health and operates as a natural diuretic.
Directions of use:  Bring a glass of water to a boil with 2 tablespoons of coriander seeds. Drink twice daily after chilling.
