Arthritis

HOW TO IDENTIFY ARTHRITIS?

Inflammation of the joints is an early sign of arthritis. The patient may feel the sensation in his or her hips, back, knees, feet, and other body regions. Another one of this disorder's defining symptoms is the numbness and stiffness of specific body regions. Significant pain, inflammation, and redness are also the effects.

Some remedies you can do at home to treat Arthritis:

  1. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

The minerals in apple cider vinegar strengthen the bones, muscles, and joints. The magnesium, potassium, and calcium present in ACV remove the buildup of toxins in the tissues and joints.

Consume 2 tablespoons mixed in water daily.

  1. MUSTARD OIL

Mustard oil boosts blood circulation and aids in the removal of toxins, making it an excellent natural cure for pain and inflammation.

Heat some mustard oil and add onion juice to it. Apply a thin layer of the mixture to the sore joints.

  1. CINNAMON

Cinnamon aids in relieving arthritic pain and inflammation. Consume ½ tsp. of cinnamon powder every day. You can mix honey with it as well.

Garlic also helps in relieving arthritis. Eat 2 cloves every day.
