Depression is now considered to be the most prevalent emotional condition. Teenagers are now one of the main depressed people, not just adults. The causes of depression are very diverse. Some effective home remedies for depression:

  1. GARLIC

Since garlic helps to improve mood and has a significant impact on cholesterol levels, it is clear that garlic treatment can be quite effective in treating depression.

Consume two raw garlic pods every morning on an empty stomach. Blend two to three garlic pods into a paste and serve with a teaspoon of honey.

  1. ASHWAGANDHA

Ashwagandha, sometimes referred to as Withania Somnifera, is a great plant for boosting the neurological system.

It effectively provides nutrients to brain cells. To consume it daily, mix 1 tsp of the dried powder with a glass of warm milk.

  1. SUNFLOWER SEEDS

Selenium, a mineral found in sunflower seeds, is beneficial in treating depression. Generally speaking, selenium deficiency makes a person more prone to stress, anxiety, and depression.

Every day, combine one glass of milk with half a teaspoon of powdered sunflower seeds. Brazil nuts and salmon are other foods high in selenium.
