A little, thorny plant known as the mukul myrrh tree, it grows all over India. The yellow resin that is produced in the tree's stem is known by the names Guggulu, Gugal, Guggal, and Gum Guggulu. One of the most popular herbs in Ayurveda, it has been the foundation of numerous medicines since the dawn of time.
It is highly helpful for obesity, high blood cholesterol, and joint inflammation. Guggulu serves a multitude of purposes in preserving a person's general state of health when combined with various herbs.

Guggulu (Extracts of Commiphora mukul)
Dosage :
Twice a day 1 capsule.

Contra-indications :
In cases of Severe Gastritis or GERD guggulu is to be avoided.
Guggulu should not be consumed on an empty stomach in any condition.
