Cervical Spondylitis

Some effective home Remedies for Cervical Spondylitis

In most cases, the pain begins in the nape of the neck, spreads to the entire neck, and then radiates to the shoulders. This may also apply to the upper back area. Therefore, these identical locations will be the focus of the home remedies in this situation.


1-2 garlic cloves should be added to heated mustard oil and allowed to heat. You can apply the oil to the damaged regions once your garlic gets a deep brown color. Similar to essential oils, this should not be rubbed or massaged vigorously. Massage your body gently and softly to relieve discomfort.

In this situation, a hot towel can also be applied.


Add 1 teaspoon of kalonji or black cumin seeds to heated sesame oil. Remove the pan from the heat once the seeds in the oil are completely toasted.   • Schedule a quick workout in the early morning and right before bed. Improve your digestion; avoid feeling bloated or having an incomplete evacuation.
  • Neck stretches are crucial. Do so after every half-hour of focused work, whether it be on or off the screen.
  • Reduce your stress and maintain your motivation.
  • Practice yoga and pranayam as well.
