Premature Graying Hair

Premature hair aging is a major problem for young people today. The hair color depends on the content of the pigment melanin. Premature graying of hair is also brought on by dietary deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, pollution, smoking, certain illnesses like sinusitis, thyroid issues, colds, jaundice, and stress. Premature graying of hair is largely influenced by genetics as well.

Some useful home remedies for premature graying of hair

1. AMLA

Amla, also known as Indian gooseberry, is a vitamin C-rich fruit that also has antioxidant and anti-aging qualities.

  • Combine one tablespoon of lemon juice and amla pulp.
  • Apply the paste to your scalp.
  • Gently massage it at night.

This is a fantastic cure that greatly delays premature graying of hair. Wash it off the next morning.

2. HENNA

It strengthens the hair, gives it a lustrous shine, and darkens the color. Henna is a natural hair coloring agent.

  • Heat coconut oil and boil the leaves until they turn dark.
  • Put this oil in your hair.
  • This works quite well.

3. CURRY LEAVES

These leaves serve as a superb tonic for preserving the health of the hair and darkening the pigmentation in the hair.

  • Fresh curry leaves should be boiled in coconut oil until they turn dark.
  • Filter the oil. Then work it through your hair.
  • After that, rest for around 30 minutes. Next, rinse it off.

Perform this procedure once every week.

4. ONION JUICE

Recent research has demonstrated that hydrogen peroxide buildup at the base of hair follicles causes premature graying of hair. An excellent at-home treatment for hair loss and early graying is onion juice.

  • Squeeze some onion juice onto your scalp.
  • Give it a light massage and let it sit for 30 minutes.
  • Next, wash it away. Do this procedure every day or every week.
