Tendonitis

Tendonitis is the medical term for tendon inflammation.

Swelling, soreness, redness, tenderness, weakness, and restricted movement are the symptoms of this.

It is generally brought on by the afflicted bodily part being under extreme strain. Age, heredity, rapid weight increase, bone spurs, and diabetes are a few more variables that might cause tendinitis.


Some effective home remedies for Tendonitis:

  1. CAYENNE PEPPER

Capsaicin is found in cayenne pepper. This relieves pain in a natural way. Additionally, this gives the body a calming and cooling effect. Stir in 2 tsp of the cayenne pepper into a half cup of heating olive oil. After applying the mixture to the damaged region, let it sit for 20 minutes before taking it off. Do this several times every day.

  1. ICE PACK

The affected area should have an ice pack applied to it. Pain and swelling will be lessened as a result of this.  Frozen veggies can also be alternatively utilized.

  1. CARBONATED WATER

Tendonitis can be effectively treated with carbonated water. Soak the feet in carbonated water without any sugar. Store it for fifteen minutes or such. Do this twice on a regular basis. This relieves the discomfort, swelling, and redness. It also gives the body a feeling of renewal and refreshment. This is among the crucial treatments that aid in curing severe cases of tendonitis.

  1. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

There are anti-inflammatory qualities to apple cider vinegar. It works well to alleviate weakness, inflammation, and limited range of motion.
