Description
An Ayurvedic tonic combining Triphala (Amla, Bibhitaki, and Haritaki) with purified Shilajeet resin. Triphala is traditionally used to support digestion, bowel regularity, and internal cleansing.
Shilajeet contains fulvic acid and trace minerals, traditionally valued for energy support, vitality, and antioxidant effects.
Dosage :
2 times a day, 1 tablet with warm water after meals.
Children: ½ tablet once or twice a day
