Shatavari is referred to as the greatest Rasayana in Ayurveda for managing female infertility because it boosts libido, treats sexual organ inflammation, and even hydrates the dry tissues of the sexual organs.
Asparagus racemosus is a rejuvenating herb that improves health by increasing immunity, vitality, and resistance, imparting longevity as well as protection against stress, is a strength promoter, a galactagogue, and an erythropoietic, enhances folliculogenesis and ovulation, prepares the womb for conception, prevents miscarriages, acts as a postpartum tonic by increasing lactation and normalizing the uterus and the changing hormones. Estrogenic action exists in asparagus racemosus. When taken in greater doses, its hormonal effects co-occur with those of female sex hormones. Higher cornification of the vaginal epithelium is induced by an asparagus racemosus clinical dosage. Asparagus racemosus is beneficial for conditions including dysmenorrhea, premenstrual syndrome, irregular bleeding during the perimenopausal period, and problems following menopause due to its chemical composition. It has been demonstrated that asparagus racemosus is useful in treating dysmenorrhea, which is characterized by painful menstruation without considerable pelvic pathology because it contains saponins that prevent the oxytocic effect on uterine musculature and maintain spontaneous uterine motility. As a known source of phytoestrogens, Shatavari may be useful in easing uncomfortable menopausal symptoms. Although they act less powerfully than natural estrogens, they have no negative side effects.
Since aloe vera is a plant for female health, it is referred to in Ayurveda as Kumari, which means Girl. In addition to boosting immunity, it is used to treat diseases relating to menstruation, bleeding, joint pain, skin issues, liver, digestive system, bowel movement, and constipation. It is a source of more than 20 minerals, including folic acid, vitamin B12, vitamin A, vitamin B complex, and vitamin C.
Leucorrhea and heavy menstrual flow are two gynecological diseases that can be effectively treated with Symplocos racemosa extracts. According to studies, testosterone levels in PCOS patients treated with S. racemosa reduced dramatically. Other biochemical factors like cholesterol, progesterone, and estrogen levels were also dramatically improved by S. racemosa. Additionally, the histology of ovarian tissue was recovered. After the S. racemosa treatment, the weights of the ovary and uterus were also greatly restored. S. racemosa has been proven to be efficient in treating PCOS-related hyperandrogenemia.
