Ayustone breaks down (disintegrates) stones in the kidneys and bladder and has anti-inflammatory properties. Individuals with a tendency to form kidney stones or urinary gravels or bladder stones can continue taking this supplement as a prevention. Bergenia ligulata contains coumarin (bergenin), gallic acid, tannic acid, minerals, etc., and has strong diuretic and lithotriptic effects. Alcoholic extract of the plant has exhibited significant anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and diuretic properties. A purified fraction of the drug has shown potent antibacterial activity. Recent research proved that it is a diuretic, and it has hypermagneseuric and antioxidant effects, which rationalizes its medicinal use for the treatment of kidney stones. Maximum inhibition of the crystal growth of calcium oxalate monohydrate, a mineral in most kidney stones, was observed primarily with aqueaous extracts of Bergenia ligulata.

 Dosage :
In case of kidney stones: 2 or 3 times a day 2 capsules (for about 4 to 6 months).
In case of acute renal colic: 3 times a day 3 capsules.
