Description
Vitex negundo, known as Nirgundi, is a great muscle relaxant and anti-inflammatory. Scientists have evaluated its efficacy as an anticonvulsant, bronchodilator, and hepatoprotective agent. Nirgundi assists in managing joint disorders, low back pain, osteoarthritis, and rheumatoid arthritis (Amavata). Rich in antioxidants, it supports a healthy immune system. Nirgundi aids in the treatment of abscesses, non-healing wounds, and anal fissures. Traditionally, it was used to regulate menstrual cycles. Nirgundi is a potent medicine used to address women’s hormonal concerns.
