Some useful home remedies to relieve headache:-

1. CLOVES

How to consume?

Mash four to five cloves into a paste, then apply it to your forehead for 30 minutes. This paste will cool the nerves, hence lessening headaches.

Take a few and smash the cloves. Place them in a sachet or a clean handkerchief. When a headache strikes, take a whiff of these cloves. Use this until your headache starts to subside.

 

2. CINNAMON
