Oats

Oats is one of the most wholesome foods. Oats may be made in a matter of minutes. Due to its high fiber content, it is a food that is simple to digest.

WHY EAT OATS?

A fiber found in oats by the name of beta-glucan aids in decreasing "bad" cholesterol in our bodies. It is a good supply of vitamins, proteins, calcium, and iron. Oats are extremely high in protein and have twice as much of it as whole corn or whole wheat. Oatmeal's low glycemic index can aid in regulating blood sugar levels. Diabetes sufferers may benefit from this.

If it is ingested before a meal, it aids in fat-burning.  Oats can be enjoyed in sweet or salty variations.
