- A good home remedy for bad breath is using spices. Many common culinary spices, such as cloves, fennel seeds, and anise seeds, work wonders to eliminate foul breath. Chew them after a meal to avoid odors.
- Eat cacao, gourd seeds, or pumpkin seeds every day to get rid of foul breath. Because of their high zinc content, these don't halitosis.

- Mix one-third cup water with one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, then gargle for about 20 seconds. Natural acids like acetic and maleic acid are found in apple cider vinegar. They reduce oral bacterial growth.
