Halitosis is the medical term for bad breath. Each has a different bad breath smell based on circumstances and underlying causes.

Some effective home remedies for Bad Breath

  1. A homemade cure using unripe guava. It has calcium, manganese, oxalate, phosphoric, tannic, and oxalic acid. It stops gum bleeding and stops bad breath from happening.

 

  1. Another excellent natural cure for foul breath is parsley. Bring two cups of water to a boil, add two whole cloves and some coarsely chopped parsley sprigs. As the mixture cools, stir it occasionally. Use it as a mouthwash after straining.

 

  1. A good home remedy for bad breath is using spices. Many common culinary spices, such as cloves, fennel seeds, and anise seeds, work wonders to eliminate foul breath. Chew them after a meal to avoid odors.

 

  1. Eat cacao, gourd seeds, or pumpkin seeds every day to get rid of foul breath. Because of their high zinc content, these don't halitosis.

 

  1. For better breath odor, chew peppermint or carnation. These leave the mouth feeling clean and fresh.

 

  1. Mix one-third cup water with one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, then gargle for about 20 seconds. Natural acids like acetic and maleic acid are found in apple cider vinegar. They reduce oral bacterial growth.
